Especially if I want to escape the Belgian climate.
This apartment has been furnished with great care and love in the past year. My key managers are Multilingual Belgians and live nearby. Besides being very charming, they also take good care of me, my apartment and above all, my tenants.

Torrevieja and surroundings
Torrevieja is called in Valencian: Torrevella, and simply means the old tower. Torrevieja is located on the well-known Costa Blanca and around 40 km from Alicante. The main source of income is tourism.
This means that you dont necessarily have to speak Spanish to go shopping. At a 5-minute walk from the apartment you will find the good grossery store.
The bakery is just a block away, with the tobacconist next to it and a pet shop with a vet right opposite.

A day at the beach is wonderful. In the apartment are 2 beach chairs and 2 beach towels. Out the door, downhill and 450m further is the beach. Torrevieja has many beaches but Playa del Cura is one of the most beautiful beaches, with a beautiful boulevard, numerous restaurants and shops.
